Are we experiencing the 4th cycle written about from secular historians, of the readjustment period for pursuing law and order (Societies cycles run 80-90 years?)
These things were prophesied 2000 and 2600 years ago (see Our Future page references and discourse from the bible book of Daniel).

Explains a lot. In the 1930's the world powers were pushing for control of the world order. Life was very difficult in those years as now. We see desperate humans in many countries.
The extremists from that period created absolute misery.
The bully class in that time from both left and right.
What role does complacency have in allowing or even emboldening destructiveness?

Trust and work diligently in pursuing a realistic peace based on law and God's principles for righteousness as Jesus articulated and demonstrated pointing to a "Kingdom to come". Avoid being enslaved by anger.

Rebelling produces chaotical nothing in death and destruction.
Many effective humans, working in unison squelch the angry persons syndrome, in the most effective way.

If we don't learn from history we are bound to repeat it.

So, the opening saying above is about a length of time in human movements of thinking, which has affect on the attitudes of the masses.Humans do swing from far left to far right in thinking, attitudes and actions.The human cycle is clearly marked by great wars: French revolution-tyranny, Civil War-extreme of slavery, WW1 between Tyrannical empires continued to WW2 Tyranny vrs. Liberty.

17  Haughty eye, lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood (killing of innocense includes abortion),

18  A heart plotting wicked schemes, and feet that run quickly to evil, 19  A false witness who lies with every breath, and anyone sowing contentions among brothers. THESE ACTIONS LEAD are in HUMAN LAWS.

Exodus 21:22  “If men should struggle with each other and they hurt a pregnant woman and she gives birth prematurely* but no fatality* results, the offender must pay the damages imposed on him by the husband of the woman and he must pay it through the judges. 23  But if a fatality does occur, then you must give life for life,

Economics dictates the need for 2.1 children per woman to support a vibrant, growing economy. Most western countries futures are bleak for fewer. Cause is abortion, birth control, live only in the moment.

Further:Isaiah 48:17-18, 17-“I, Jehovah, am your God, The One teaching you to benefit yourself, The One guiding you in the way you should walk.

18 If only you would pay attention to my commandments! Proverbs 4:5-8,11-18  5  Acquire wisdom, acquire understanding. Do not forget, and do not turn aside from what I say. 6  Do not forsake it, and it will protect you.
